The bird isn't following me
- Put the phone on the floor about an arm's length in front of your hands, screen facing you, leaning on something so the camera points slightly up.
- Make sure your head and both shoulders are in frame before the countdown starts.
- Play in decent light and avoid a bright window directly behind you.
- Give Pushy camera permission in your phone's Settings if you denied it the first time.
I forgot my PIN
Pushy accounts have no email or phone number attached, so a PIN cannot be reset or recovered. You can create a new account with a new username. Your old username stays reserved until that account is deleted.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app, tap Delete account, and confirm with your PIN. Your scores, streaks, follows, challenges, photos and videos are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.
Is my camera video uploaded?
No. Pose tracking runs on your phone. A run's video is uploaded only if you tap Share replay. See the privacy policy for details.
Why is today's level the same as my friend's?
By design. Everyone in the world plays the same level each day, so scores on the daily leaderboard are directly comparable.
